Only after submitting your assignments you are eligible for the TEE Exam and that too in the month of June 2017. Now, a situation arises when you are either not willing to appear for certain papers or for some reasons yu weren’t able to appear in certain papers. So, in that case, you can surely appear in Dec 2017 TEE for those left out papers. Meanwhile, your 2nd year will also start from July 2017 only after successful filing up of Registration form for the next year. But again, for the papers of 2nd year session, you are eligible to appear in June 2018 TEE only after successful submission of assignments. So this cycle goes on.
Yes, definitely. But there is a condition. You have to complete minimum duration to be eligible to appear in TEE. For example, if you have taken admission in undergraduate course which is 3 year course in July 2019. So your first year will end in June 2020. You are eligible to appear in June TEE in 2020. But if you are unable to appear for exams due to any reasons, you can appear in December TEE in 2020, not in 2019. If you have taken admission in July, you can’t appear in that same year’s December TEE exams. Your exams will be conducted in next year’s June. But if unfortunately you were unable to appear for any of the exam or haven’t passed any of it in June, then you can surely sit for it in December. Hope it helps. Have a great day. If you have taken admission for the January session, you cannot sit for June TEE of the same year. For e.g., if you took admission on a 2016 Jan session, then your first TEE will be in December 2016, not June 2016 because you have not completed your session, and hence you will not be allowed to sit in June TEE of 2016.
